ABSTRACT Understanding weed emergence and development aspects is essential in decision-making for management strategies. The study evaluated the effects of different sowing depths light intensities on weeds Sida rhombifolia Senna obtusifolia under field conditions. Each species constituted an experiment, experimental design used was completely randomized, with four replications. treatments were arranged a 6 x 4 factorial scheme, first factor corresponding to six (0.5; 1.0; 2.0; 4.0; 8.0, 12.0 cm) second at (100%, 70%, 50%, 30% sunlight). seedling daily obtain speed index. height, time floral induction, dry matter plants flowering also evaluated.
